He then guided us through the purchase of another property. While we were unsure of what we wanted, he took the time to show properties, list the pros and cons of each choice, and help us make a decision. I just recently bought a home with Joe The Realtor (as he's known in FL) and once again my experience with him was excellent. Joe listened to what we wanted and showed us the houses that fit into our criteria. He always answered our calls or called us back ASAP. It's great to finally find a realtor who is responsive and knows what he's doing. He didn't just find us a house, he was there for us every step of the way and consistently stayed in touch with us. It's rare to find a realtor like Joe. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who's looking for a realtor.
